breakfast team boat trip small lobby limited space
i LOVED the breakfast. IT had many options and the team was perfect. the location is very close to the boat trip. I was so EXCITED!

worn bathroom small breakfast area
i must say, the room showed some wear and tear. the bathroom looked a bit tired. the sofa had quite a few stains, giving it an unclean feel, plus, the breakfast area felt too small for the number of guests. it was loud and crowded. i could hear everything happening in the hallway.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. bella helped me with my room. It was very nice. the location suited my needs well.. soluna beach club was a highlight. the hotel even surprised me with a birthday treat. It.

The fitness center features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This allowed for varied workouts. soluna beach club is accessible via a hotel shuttle. the pool area includes twenty loungers plus a shaded section. Guests could relax comfortably.

Staff provided attentive service and readily assisted with requests. This. the housekeeping team promptly delivered extra pillows when requested. the staff were kind from the entrance to the dining areas.

The room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. These added convenience. my room had a marina view. It offered pleasant scenery. i was promptly moved to a non-smoking room with a balcony. This change was positive.

Breakfast offered a good variety of options. There were diverse choices. the coffee shop provided excellent service. Kanchan bajagain were great. food was delicious with a good spread and very helpful staff. The variety was appreciated.

Fantastic Experience Near the Marina
varied selection helpful staff complimentary shuttle
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was such a varied selection of foods. The staff was helpful, providing assistance with directions and services. I also really APPRECIATED the complimentary shuttle service. It made getting around very convenient.
I noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom. The mirror had some stubborn stains.

fantastic location diverse breakfast broken kettle cigarette smell
the location was fantastic , it allowed me easy access to various points of interest. i also appreciated the diverse options available for breakfast , it had a wide variety of choices.
the kettle in my room was broken , which was quite inconvenient. i also noticed a cigarette smell in the corridor , a noticeable issue .

long queue unclean restaurant
The breakfast setup really irritated me. the queue was long and chaotic. the alternative restaurant they used felt cramped. it also seemed unclean. I actually skipped breakfast after that first bad experience even after prepaying for it.

Adequate Experience with some Issues
spacious room happy hour slow check-in ants in room
i had a superior room. IT was spacious. i found happy hour prices in the bar. i liked that, too.
check-in was REALLY slow when i got there. it was busy and chaotic. my luggage was taken without a tag. i had to call to find it. there were ants in my room. they crawled all over the snacks i had.
